Free Standard Shipping
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $99.00, regardless of weight or value, via USPS within the Continental United States only. Please select a priority method of shipping if you need faster shipment for your order.
Order Processing
Part of our excellent customer service is the timely shipment of your orders. Most orders received before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, usually ship out the same day. Orders received after noon usually ship out the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, Friday, usually ship out Monday or the next business day, whichever is sooner. We do not ship during United States National Holidays, company holidays, sever weather conditions, etc.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. On the rare occasion an item(s) is on back-ordered, out-of-stock or has been discontinued. You will be notified via email with the following options:
- When the item(s) become available we will ship it within 48 hours.
- Exchange for other in-stock items(s) of equal or greater value.
- Full refund for the value of the discontinued or out of stock item(s).
Domestic & International Shipping
We primarily use Federal Express (FedEx) for most domestic shipping to the United States and U.S. Postal - Priority Mail® International for international shipping. The shipping times vary but ground is typically 3 - 5 days. International shipments may require you to fill out customs paperwork and may require you to pay a tariff/tax to pick up your order. We reserve the right to change the carrier which will ship your package. Le Vive Jewelry cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Le Vive Jewelry offers a money back guarantee for unworn and undamaged In Stock Items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Online Stock items are considered custom personal merchandise and are non-refundable. If an item comes deviated from the order placed, corrections can be made. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges*.
**Important: All Special Orders of Non Stock Items, loose stones, custom-made, personalized or altered merchandise are not subject for return, exchange or cancellation.
Instructions: Please read carefully before sending return and/or exchange
- You MUST receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number for your return. Please Email info@levivejewelry.com with your request.
- Include the reason for the return and original order number.
- Upon approval we will issue you an RA Number. Make sure this number is Clearly marked on the outside of the package.
**Note: We do not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA).
Any package delivered without an RA will be refused and marked return to sender.
- We will include the return address for returns and exchanges when we issue you the RA Number.
- Please make sure the item(s) are packed safely to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
